The 2018 ACCP international symposium, “Pharmacists and the Heart: Advancing Care for Patients with Cardiovascular Disease,” will be held November 16, 2018, in conjunction with the 26th Order of Pharmacists of Lebanon Annual Congress, in Beirut, Lebanon.
Expert faculty, Dr. Cynthia Jackevicius, BScPhm, PharmD, MSc, APh, BCPS-AQ Cardiology, FCSHP, FAHA, FCCP, FCCS, will discuss most up-to-date clinical trials and management guidelines for common acute and chronic cardiovascular diseases and engage participants in activities that help them apply evidence into daily practice.
